About us

The osteria, made modern.

It began with a simple, stubborn idea: to take local home cooking — the kind made of hands, time and real ingredients — and tell it in a new language. Fabio Osanna welcomes every table the way you welcome a friend: warmly, without ceremony, with the insistence of someone who chooses the best every single day. From the cheesemonger’s boards to hand-made bigoli, from Chianina burgers to a hand-picked cellar. Tradition, reinterpreted. A short walk from the Fair, yet far from everything else.
